Defective or Damaged Items:
Damaged or defective items will be replaced within 3 days of customer receipt of the product.
Shipping returns
Defective product must be couriered to: 1357 State Highway 2, Tauranga 3172 so it can be analysed to avoid a repeat of the same issue.
Damaged product replacement should be activated by contacting info@prolan.co.nz or calling 0800776526 with a photograph showing proof of damage.
