In cooler temperatures the product will thicken and may need to be warmed by placing in a bucket of hot water.
N.B Cold water blasting will not remove Prolan Coating.

Excellent General workshop lubricant
Easy to apply. Versatile – multiple uses.
No Preparation required of the surface to be coated.
Prolan is easy and safe to apply using an aerosol, trigger pack sprayer, garden sprayer or airgun.
For dairy farm quad bikes the whole machine is coated underneath then left to tack off over 24hrs before use.
On areas that need to be clean to touch – spray and buff in excess with a rag as this will leave a thin waxy film.
Where possible remove any dirt or scale before coating. Spray onto fibreglass or plastic surfaces and rub with a rag to rejuvenate.
1 Litre of Prolan covers approx 8-10 sq metres
Applications can be recoated in 6-12 months intervals depending on the situation.
N.B: Cold water blasting will not remove Prolan coatings. Prolan cleaner is available to take off existing coatings.

Note: Cold conditions can make the grease tube a little hard to squeeze. This is easily fixed by placing in the pocket for a few minutes before use or removing the nozzle and using like a toothpaste tube.
For the larger tubs a quick zap in the microwave for 2 – 3 minutes. If completely melted it can be applied using a paintbrush.
